ChefLarry created a heart healthy spice after working with dieticians at Palm's West Hospital in Loxahachee, Florida.  Mindfull of diet restrictions of the patient's needs to avoid sodium,  MSG and other harmful ingredients, he began using it in all of the dishes he created as Executive Chef of the hospital.  He used it in the Doctor's Dining Room and they began requesting his "secret" spice recipe.  Then the patients began requesting it.  He continued using his spice at Parrish Hospital in Titusville and the same thing happened.  Now, you can get it by emailing: cheflarrysspice@yahoo.com
