ChefLarry and wife, Gwen with their Mascot JOCKAMO have been enjoying entertaining guests over the Florida airwaves since 2002 when they began their RADIO GRILL radio show at WPBR in West Palm Beach. 
Gwen began her broadcasting career in Chicago and had become a California air personality when she met the popular new Chicago executive chef on a visit home. Their individual careers continued well into their marriage. His jobs took them all over the country, while Gwen picked up voice-over and radio work wherever they landed. They began working together in their own restaurant in Malibu. The couple shared their life with their cats, Giovanni, Charco and Asti, the beloved Afghan,Windsor and the lively Husky Jockamo. As their guys grew old and life moved on they were left with only one "child" and several more moves. After years of cultivating the "radio grill" idea, Gwen convinced ChefLarry to join her on the airwaves. It began in a South Florida radio studio with ChefLarry bringing in a George Foreman grill and actually cooking while they conducted a live radio show while and he and Gwen casually chatting with the guests as they dined. They moved to a ClearChannel station and began broadcasting LIVE remotes from different restaurants in Palm Beach, then Ft. Lauderdale, then Miami and finally in the Tampa Bay area. An Executive Chef position at Parrish Medical Center brought them to Titusville. ChefLarry's Speedshop Cafe' in Orlando at the Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership was next.
Plans are still in the works for opening another cafe' at home in Titusville. Currently invited guests dine on food from local restaurants or ChefLarry own cooking on location, as they go LIVE ON-THE-AIR with ChefLarry and Gwen at various places throughout the Space Coast and Central Florida.
When the new Titusville ChefLarry's Cafe' is ready a "Broadcast Table" will be set up in the front window,
with all to see and hear as they drive or walk by
every Thursday and Friday at Noon on WPIO and WKFA 89.3 FM.
ChefLarry's "Dream" transportation behind his real and favorite Dodge truck at the Space Coast Regional Airport. So far, Ken Terry's plane is the only one that he's piloted (well, took the stick over for a while, anyway). The Nissan Z is the ChefLarry "fun" car.

This is Gwen's "Dream" transportation. Since Midnight is our neighbor's horse, the Montero Sport will have to do.
This is Home - inside and our porch, which is sometimes converted into our ON AIR studio.
ChefLarry and Doctors, including Drs. Modi and Perez meet up with ChefLarry's favorite CEO, George Mikitarian, of Parrish Medical Center. They gathered to raise funds for American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity of Brevard County (India Fund) on Friday, Sept. 19, 2008.
