Chef Larry Berkowitz is an award-winning chef who has worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants, country clubs and hospitals in the world. During his tenure as Executive Chef at Neiman Marcus’ Zodiac Room on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Larry received the Ivy Award and the prestigious Silverplate Award in 1990.
It was at his Bistro in Malibu that he became the “Celebrity Chef” who furnished food for many galas, including ones for Jack Klugman, Olivia Newton-John and Dennis Weaver, to mention a few. In West Palm Beach at Palms West Hospital he created his ChefLarry’s Heart Healthy Spice.
The Executive Chef position at Parrish Hospital lured him to Titusville. Now, once again at his own, ChefLarry’s Café at Crosswalk, he’s at his presentation kitchen so everyone can chat with the chef about eating and cooking great tasting food to stay healthy.
